Carpe Diem Service Provider Level System

Overview

Once you join Carpe Diem app and added yourself on the Map, you are automatically labeled as JustMe, as a New person providing services. In order to start climbing up the level system, we encourage you to work hard and play fair.

There are a few requirements you’ll need to meet in order to reach PRO status. This is an automatic process - we look back at your performance for the past 60 days, and if you meet the standards, you’ll be ranked as a PRO Service Provider.

Requirements

• Complete at least 30 days as an active Service Provider on Carpe Diem app
• Complete at least 5 orders (all time)
• Maintain a 3.5 star rating over the course of 30 days
• 100% Order completion over the course of 30 days
• Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days

Benefits

• Priority over JustMe in Search Result Placement
• Highlighted on the Map

Overview

It’s time to step up your game. XPS status isn’t easy to achieve, but it’s worth it. This is a manual process - an Inspector will need to look back at your performance for the past 60 days, and if you meet the standards and pass a personal inspection you’ll be ranked as a XPS Service Provider.

Requirements

• Complete at least 60 days as an active Service Provider on Carpe Diem app
• Complete at least 10 orders (all time)
• Maintain a 4.5 star rating over the course of 60 days
• 100% Order completion over the course of 60 days
• Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 60 days
